Introduction - Azure is a platform that Robobai use to send SLM platform invitation to suppliers. Robobai analytics team sends bulk invite after onboarding campaign notification is sent to the suppliers. An individual invitation can be sent by CSO lead upon the supplier's request. A new invitation may also be sent to new user as per the supplier's request.
Primary Functions:
- Sending of SLM platform invitation
- Resending of SLM platform invitation
- Adding a new email address and send a new invite
- Deleting an existing email address
- Adding a group to a user
Scope: Email addresses not associated with Ingham's supplier cannot be added to Azure.

Instruction:
Login into Azure using email mail@robobai.com
- Click Azure Active Directory
- Click Users
- Click New guest user
- Use the supplier's email address for both Name and email address
- Add Azure: Personal Message
- Click "Invite" to send the access invitation
