Dear Supplier As advised over the last few weeks; Ingham’s are rolling out a new Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) system across our entire supply base from November 2019. This is your invitation to begin the on-boarding and qualification process. Please click "Get Started" below and follow the prompts to access the system. This is a one-time process to access the portal and we recommend that you save the URL https://inghams-slm.robobai-analytics.com/welcome/ in your favourites tool bar for easy access in future. You can also access the portal by clicking the link on this email at any time. Access is possible from a computer; tablet or smartphone but may not be optimised for your particular mobile device. As such; we suggest completing the process on a computer using Google Chrome; Safari; Microsoft Edge or Firefox as a browser. Once you click the link; you will be taken to a login page for the SLM. For flexibility and added security; we are using Microsoft and Google authentication mechanisms. As such; if you are a Google user (with a Gmail address for example) or Microsoft user (using Office365 for example); your respective credentials will automatically log you directly into the SLM platform once you click on the “Log In” button. If you are not a Google or Microsoft user; you will be asked to set-up an account with Microsoft. Set-up is quick; easy and secure and will ensure an optimal login experience going forward. Please follow the screens as prompted; and when set-up is complete; you will be asked to accept permissions before being directed to your personalised SLM landing page. At this point; you will be required to accept our Terms of Use and make secure payment via our payment engine; Stripe. You will now be able to begin your onboarding process. Please ensure that you complete the requirements in a true and accurate manner; and upload any documentation as required. We ask you to please complete the process within 2 weeks of today.
